Also, regarding eczema; It's a complicated illness, but it's possible to reverse it, sometimes completely. Eczema is partly genetic, which means your body will be more sensitive than other "normal" people. You can have eczema genes and never get any symptoms, if you live a healthy life. That's the key point. It's usually triggered by nutrient deficiencies and gut dysbiosis. It's then made worse with the so called "trigger foods" you would normally be able to handle, even with your genes. If you want, I can give you some advice on how to reverse it. I have experience with severe eczema.

Hi, I've already commented about that. Have you tried / considered strict elimination diets? It does miracles for the ones struggling with autoimmune conditions. My wife has eczema too and after 1 week it stopped flaring up. After 2 months it completely healed.

If you want to heal your eczema, go carnivore (or at least keto). There's plenty of reportings of healing these nasty autoimmune issues on such diets. Especially look up cases with photos and personal stories to make up your mind
